While watching a documentary report from the multi-awarded tv program Jessica Soho Reports, there's a part which caught my attention... a huge number of inmates numbering around 1,500 and more dancing in the tune of Michael Jackson's Thriller!!!
Inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, Cebu, Philippines has been performing several dance routines. This is only in the Philippines. Watch here:
